Form and content copyright © Amazin' Books - 1999

You may transfer your work for sale on the Amazin' Books web-site. You can establish its price and receive all of it except for the basic costs of site upkeep, credit-card or cheque-acceptance costs and a nominal 5% of the sale price - i.e. probably 80 - 90% or so. Compare that with what you receive now. And you will remain its publisher, able to negotiate film rights, serialisation etc.

One or two conditions; being the publisher is a two-edged sword: No 'adults only' stuff; you no longer have to rub our noses in slime for their cash or strategy, and why deprave or disillusion innocents?

Any truth is permissible, but remember this: you remain its publisher: you - not we - will be held responsible for what you write and may be called upon to substantiate its authenticity.

This forms no kind of contract between us, but is simply an indication of the house rules - No swearing in front of the children, or you'll get a thick ear.

Apart from this, you are free. Simply adhere to the spirit of these conditions, and do not try to use any aspect of them to contest their validity or endanger the new freedom this first fringe of Utopia gives us. You are on your honour, but breaking these simple conditions will have instantly terminated your connection with Amazin' Books - totally retroactively.

Happy and productive writing - and publishing.

Download and complete the pre-submission form below, or complete it on-line, then send it and await our response.

Consider the pros and cons of writing your work in - or transferring it to - html. No responsibility of any kind is accepted for changes made by third parties to works seen via Amazin' Books. The whole world has access to them, and not everyone is like us; there are some odd folk out there. So such protection is your concern, which is why html is mentioned here. - Where do you find html? - Ask the web for 'FREE Cute HTML'.

Archives should be transferred, after prior email notification, in the compressed exe-form in which it will be downloaded by its buyers via the internet. If your work is very short, it may be sent in expanded form, but your intending readers do not like to wait long in down-loading, and we might have to consider charging for extra space used.

If you do not have a compression program, go to - http://website.lineone.net/~chris_m or - http://members.xoom.com/CMDownload/enz250b1.exe and download 'enzip Version Beta 2.5', which is very simple, effective and free - or any later version - then follow the instructions. Mr. Chris Marsh, its writer, kindly invites you to use it. The routine of its use is simplicity itself. If you have questions, ask him. He won't bite you.

One thing: in whatever form you contact us, just you make sure you are clean. There is no excuse for sending a virus of any kind to anybody - to us or to anyone else. If you do not have an up-to-date anti-virus program, then stay away from us until you do. Go to the excellent resource http://www.tucows.com and download an anti-virus program free from their security section, and keep it up to date. The perverted, malignant creatures who send viruses do so for reasons of stupid, ugly fun or - worse - strategy, and if you do it you will be judged to have done it intentionally and will deserve everything you get, from us and from our associates, and they carry clout. - Alright?

I repeat, happy and productive writing - and publishing!
